Lilium philadelphicum

Wood lily's orange/red blooms produces abundant nectar and pollen, supporting wildlife from hummingbirds, butterflies, to bumblebees. Bonus: it's just a stunning addition to any garden.

 

With a height of 1-3 feet, these elegant flowers make a beautiful statement and are perfect for bordering paths and walkways. They thrive in well-drained soil and prefer full sun to partial shade.

 

Many bird species are known to forage for the seeds of the wood lily, making it a valuable food source for local wildlife. Add some wood lilies to your garden and watch as they attract a beautiful array of butterflies and birds while adding a pop of color to your landscape.
