Scutellaria integrifolia (incana)
Downy skullcap
Thriving in part shade, Scutellaria integrifolia offers small, blue flowers that attract bees and butterflies. It’s an important plant for woodland gardens, providing both nectar and habitat for pollinators. The plant's leaves are occasionally visited by caterpillars of certain moth species. Its rich, green foliage and graceful flowers make it a charming, wildlife-friendly groundcover in shaded areas.
