Hypericum ascyron (great St. John's wort)

Hypericum ascyron is a beautiful and robust perennial plant. This plant is a favorite of bees, butterflies, and other pollinators due to its abundant and showy yellow flowers. It thrives in full sun and well-drained, slightly acidic soil. With its bright and cheery blooms, Hypericum ascyron adds a beautiful pop of color to any garden or landscape.

    Pollen and nectar source for Bombus terricola (yellow-banded bumblebee) and Bombus vagans (half-black bumblebee).

    Plant this for hummingbirds.
