Coreopsis rosea
Coreopsis rosea is a favorite of ours, and we think you will agree that the tiny pink flowers of the pink tickseed are simply adorable!
Best suited for full sun and consistently moist soils, this clumping perennial is not drought tolerant, but rather will do well by a pond or lake, or used as a groundcover in a meadow garden.
Pairs well with Wild Bergamont, Whorled Milkweed, and Spotted Joe-pye weed.
Interesting fact: Coreopsis rosea is the only Coreopsis native to our area!
