Plants, trees, shrubs, and seeds are non-returnable. We will work on a case-by-case basis regarding plant death, and any replacement will be up to the discretion of Blue Stem Natives. We want your garden to be a success, please contact us at the first sign of trouble so that we may try to help!

 

We will accept returns of (non-plant) retail merchandise within 14 days of purchase in resaleable condition only. Proof of purchase must be presented when requesting refund. Refund will be processed in the form of original payment.
