Natives for Newbies! Thursday, June 27, 7:30-9pm, online We love chatting with people newer to native plants and/or newer to gardening. So welcome to our intro to native plants presentation, "Native for Newbies"! No cost. One meeting, 3 parts. 1) Get in-the-know: We'll fill you in on all the "need to know" tidbits about native plants, from what they are to how they benefit us and wildlife. We even include some of our favorites to get you started! 2) The nitty-gritty: Building a native plant garden doesn't have to be overwhelming! We'll give basic guidance on everything you need to create a beautiful pollinator friendly native plant garden plot. 3) Questions and answers: Bring all your questions! We’ve set aside a good amount of time for this. ALL questions welcome. This meeting be be via zoom and will not be recorded.
