This needs to be done prior to any purchases. After the application has been filled out you will receive an automated email with ordering information.

Current Customers
Looking for great native plants? You can order one of three different ways:
1) Stop in and shop! We can apply your discount in person
2) Download: Plant Request Spreadsheet Form and send requests via email to wholesale@bluestemnatives.com. You'll receive an emailed quote back, but please allow a few business days to hear back. The 2024 list of plants we either grow or can bring in can be found here. No species on the list are guaranteed to be in stock at any given time.
3) Businesses (only) can also shop online, be sure to use your personal code. Didn't get a code yet? You should receive one about a week after you fill about your initial application. Email wholesale@bluestemnatives.com if you can't find it.
Wholesale/Bulk Terms and Conditions
Minimum order
Verified wholesale/bulk customers may be given a 15% discount with the expectation that there will be:
For profit: minimum yearly purchases totaling roughly $1000 or more.
Non-profit: minimum yearly purchases totaling roughly $250 or more.
Accounts are assessed yearly in December for discounts the following year.
Pick-up
We cannot hold plants for extended periods. Please plan to pick up your order within a week of plants being available for pick-up.
Purchaser pick-up
If an online order is placed and someone other than the purchaser picks up the plants they agree to accept responsibility for the plants received. Refunds will not be given based on purchaser satisfaction if purchaser is not there to pick up the plants themselves.
Client visit
Wholesale customers' clients are welcome to visit during normal retail hours. Please accompany your clients if they need help selecting plants for a large scale project. The 15% discount can only be applied to orders paid for by the approved wholesale customer.
